MAKE YOUR PHOTO APPOINTMENT TODAY
We will be registering photography appointments after today’s service at a table in the narthex. Be sure to stop by and choose your time. Early sign ups get the benefit of first choice of appointment times. Remember there will be a free photo directory and one free 8 x 10 photo for each family photographed. You are all members of our church family, our directory is not complete without you.
Summer Sunday School - Over the next ten weeks, kids will journey together through the Lords Prayer – learning not only the words, but what they mean and how they apply to their lives. They will discover that prayer is more than recitation or a wish list – it’s part of a vital relationship with God. Parents, come and see what we are learning.
After the Gospel reading children will be dismissed to the church basement for Summer Sunday School.
NEEDED: Summer Teachers If you are able to teach for one or more Sundays over the summer, please contact Cathy Moore through the church office or at cathy@staug.org. Thank you!
Nursery Workers We are short nursery volunteers. If you are able to help, please sign up in the nursery, or talk to Robin Callahan or Cathy Moore. Thank you.
Reminder to parents who use the nursery: Please pick up your child from the nursery before you receive communion so that our volunteers can also participate in the Eucharist.
Cookies needed If you have a bit of time and could bake a couple of dozen cookies for the newcomers ministry it would be much appreciated. Please bring them into the office as soon as you can.
VBS Will you Give? Please prayerfully consider making a donation towards our VBS program this year. There is no registration fee for children who wish to attend, and we depend on your giving. The average cost per child is $25. Donations envelopes are available at the VBS display, or you can use your regular envelopes and specify “VBS”. Thank you in advance for your generous support! There is also a snack sign up sheet on the back table if you are able to donate food items.
come! We still need helpers, organizers, administrators and leaders!
Food Hampers – Our supply of food for emergency hampers has been almost completely depleted. Any donations would be gratefully appreciated. Please place any donations in the Parish food box in the Narthex.
