Coffee Hour Volunteers The coffee hour following our 10:00am service is a very important ministry in our church. We are looking for volunteers for the following Sundays” June 10, July 22, August 5, Sept. 9 and Dec 23rd. If anyone would be interested in any or all of those dates please contact Margot Bailes.

Men’s Group "The men of St. Augustine’s meet every first and third Saturday of each month with breakfast at 8:00am, in the church basement. The next meeting will be February 4.
Lenten Lunches During the Thursday’s in Lent, a series of lunches and devotions will take place at 12:05pm, hosted by different downtown churches. This is a wonderful chance to experience a Lenten observance and fellowship with our brothers and sisters from other churches.

Annual Meeting of Parishioners Will be held on Tuesday, February 28. It will begin with a potluck dinner at 6:00pm in the church hall followed by the meeting. All parishioners are encouraged to attend. For those submitting reports for the meeting booklet please have all submissions print ready and into the office by Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
ECM (Ecumenical Campus Ministry) is holding their second annual Mardi Gras fundraising dinner on Saturday, February 11th, at 6:00 pm at St. Andrew's Presbyterian. Tickets cost $25($15 tax receipt) and are available from any ECM board member or from chaplain Erin Phillips (403-382-0294 or efp2003@telus.net). The evening includes dinner, entertainment and a silent auction! If you are interested in being a table sponsor or if you would like to donate an item or service for the silent auction please contact Erin.
St. Augustine’s Senior Choir annual dinner is on THURSDAY, February 2, at 6:00 p.m. at Luigi’s Pizza & Steak House South, 1119 Mayor Magrath Dr. S. Members of the congregation – our great supporters - are invited to join us and enjoy a delicious Turkey Dinner in Luigi’s Banquet Room at a cost of $25. Celebration CD Our celebration CD (music from Choir/Organ-Bells and Confessions) is almost complete. A couple of items are to be recorded in early New Year, with a target date for final edit and release being the end of February.
Kairos (Ecumenical Social Justice Initiatives) Committee will host a fundraising event Filipino Dinner in St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church Hall Jan 21 from 5-9pm. Christmas Dinner at Seniors Centre for anyone who will be alone Christmas Day. Lethbridge Senior’s Centre will be hosting a Christmas dinner. Dinner will be served from 11-1:30pm. There is no cost and people of any age are welcome.

LIGHT UP OUR CHURCH: We will be lighting up the outside of the Church for the Advent and Christmas Seasons. You can participate by sponsoring a half string of lights for $20.00 or a full string of lights for $40.00.
