The Stephen Ministry team is hosting a presentation by Taylor Slomp of the Alzheimer’s Society.  The presentation will include information on symptoms, diagnosis and care, discuss the difference between dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, look at caring for the caregiver, and allow time for questions.
