DESCRIPTION:How the Christian Revolution Remade the World: The Gift and the Burden of the Church’s Story\nHow has Christianity shaped society? Can we see its influence even in the present? Has the Church made us who we are (even those of us who don’t belong to the Church)? And if so\, what does that mean for Christians in the West today? This eight-week series will tackle those questions in conversation with the historian Tom Holland’s influential 2019 book Dominion: How the Christian Revolution Remade the World. DESCRIPTION:This year’s AMP is on Monday\, February 24 in the Crypt (basement of the church).  Anyone who regularly attends any of our weekly services and receives Holy Communion is considered a member of this congregation\, and is welcome to attend and to vote during the meeting. Please plan to join us at 6:00 PM for a pot luck dinner and bring along a dish of your choice to share. Note that labelling the dishes as gluten-free or lactose-free or contains “x” (common allergens) would be very helpful. The business meeting begins at 7:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you there.
