SUMMARY:Sunday Morning Worship
DESCRIPTION:The 10:00 a.m. Sunday service is usually a Holy Eucharist and our largest gathering\, featuring a variety of music\, liturgies and preaching throughout the year. Our Senior Choir regularly leads our congregational hymns and sings an anthem following the sermon. We also have smaller groups of musicians that lead more contemporary songs at times during this service\, as well as numerous musicians who offer their instrumental and vocal talents throughout the year. We offer a well-run Sunday School and nursery during this service. After the service you are invited to join us for coffee and snacks downstairs in the area below the church called the Crypt. \nNOTE: If you are not ready to join us in person\, or if you live outside Lethbridge\, we have installed audiovisual equipment so that you can join us “virtually” on a home computer or mobile device.

SUMMARY:Sacred Space Tour and Anglican Q&A
DESCRIPTION:All are warmly invited to join us\, following the 10am service on October 25th\, for a Sacred Space Tour. We will look at and talk about the many signs and symbols in our worship space\, how they speak to us\, and how they can assist us in our worship together. This will be followed by an informal Q&A open to all things Anglican. Ever wondered why some people sign themselves with the cross? Or why we read the gospel in the middle of the aisle? Or what a collect is? Both newcomers and long-time parishioners are welcome to bring questions about what it is to be Anglican\, who we are as a church\, and how we can more fully embrace our worship\, belief\, and practice together as the people of St. Augustine’s Anglican Church.
