DESCRIPTION:This year’s AMP is on Monday\, February 9 in the Crypt (basement of the church). Anyone who regularly attends any of our weekly services and receives Holy Communion is considered a member of this congregation\, and is welcome to attend and to vote during the meeting. Please plan to join us at 6 pm for a potluck dinner. Bring along a dish of your choice to share. Note that labelling the dishes as gluten-free or lactose-free or “contains garlic” is very helpful. The business meeting begins at 7 pm. For those submitting reports for the booklet\, the deadline is January 20. Starring Cary Grant\, David Niven and Loretta Young\, this sweet old film offers a post-war take on contemporary Christmas and the Anglican tradition. It was later remade as the Preacher’s Wife starring Denzel Washington and Whitney Houston\, but this version is the original. DESCRIPTION:The Annual Seniors’ Christmas Party is rapidly approaching — it’s the best party of the year!  The gala will be on Saturday\, Nov. 29\, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Crypt. The party is a wonderful opportunity to mingle with friends\, enjoy sandwiches\, goodies\, wine and other beverages. The party is free for all guests 65 or older and their partners. DESCRIPTION:Our Harvest Dinner is the highlight of St. Augustine’s fall schedule when everyone is invited to share a scrumptious roast beef dinner. Wine will be available for purchase but it is cash only – $15 per bottle or $5 per glass. Tickets are $12 for adults\, $5 for children under age 12\, and free for children 2 years old or younger.
